We were tasked with rebranding a substantial Pediatric Dental Practice under a new name. With over 100 employees and 3 locations (and growing), the practice wanted a simple, contemporary identity that illustrates the extraordinary care they provide their child patients. The new identity is clean, memorable, inviting and easily applied across a variety of materials and locations. In addition to a new identity, we developed a responsive website, consumer ads, collateral materials, environmental graphics and a variety of specialty items such as clothing, earrings, and name tags.

Collateral Materials
Various collateral materials were designed for the purposes of patient education, dentist recruitment, and interoffice communications. Each piece has its own audience but has complete brand continuity.

Website Development, Online Advertising, and Reputation Management
A responsive WordPress website was developed and is utilized as the landing point for all online advertising. The website features the ability for parents and guardians to schedule appointments at each individual location.
Through automated integration with the practice management software (Open Dental) parents and guardians are sent a request to review the practice within 5 minutes of closing their appointment. This process yields dozens of positive reviews per week which are automatically posted to Google and Facebook.
Environmental Design
To further the Smiles 4 Keeps corporate identity, we collaborated with the builders on the overall design of their newest 30,000 square foot facility. Primary and secondary brand colors were utilized on the interior and exterior of the building allowing the building itself to become part of the brand.
Within the new and current locations, various environmental graphics were developed to further the brand presence. This includes the creation of the Smile Keepers™, an illustrated duo developed to encourage kids to maintain good dental habits, and a special space for children to have their picture taken with them.
